In 2019, it was decided to try whether this position is needed in the community and whether people need to use the assistance offered by Multicultural Center Vestmannaeyjar. The Center offers assistance in all official, institutional, personal and school matters, advice and any matters that immigrants have to deal with within the Icelandic system. In addition, you can buy an Icelandic SIM card at the Center, which does not require a kennitala.
