Kindergartens: In the city, there are 2 kindergartens, Kirkjugerði and Sóli, kindergarten Sóli is run according to the Hjallastefna model which you can read about at https://www.hjallimodel.com/, kirkjugerði site. 

Unfortunately there is no dagmamma/nanny service provided in Vestmannaeyjar from August 2021

Enrollment for the kindergarten is made through an application which can be found in "forms". You can submit an application by e-mail, mínar síður or in person at the city office.
