Þá hafa 92 náð bata og því aðeins 13 manns með virk smit. Sex eru í sóttkví í Vestmannaeyjum og hafa þeir aldrei verið eins fáir. Samtals hafa um 700 Vestmannaeyingar farið í sóttkví frá upphafi í þeim tilgangi að hefta útbreiðslu sýkingarinnar, sem er 16% allra Eyjamanna.
Mótefnamælingar eru hafnar hjá heilbrigðisstofnuninni og er fólk sem hefur lokið einangrun eða sóttkví og ekki fengið boð um rannsókn frá HSU beðið um að hafa samband á netfangið eyjaklukk@hsu.is og óska eftir sýnatöku. Til að fá sem besta mynd af stöðu mála er mikilvægt að fá góða þátttöku.
Samkomubann í Vestmannaeyjum byggir nú á því sama og annars staðar á landinu bæði hvað varðar almenna bannið miðað við 20 manns, 2 metra regluna og reglur um aðgreiningu í skólunum. Það eru tvær vikur þar til bannið verður rýmkað upp í 50 manns og skólahald fer fram með eðlilegum hætti. Nauðsynlegt er að aflétta hertum aðgerðum í skrefum og fylgjast vel með nýjum tilfellum samhliða til þess að koma megi í veg fyrir mikinn fjölda sýkinga eins og við urðum sannarlega fyrir barðinu á í mars.

Dzisiaj po południu potwierdzono jeden nowy przypadek zakażenia, łączna ilość potwierdzonych zakażeń w Vestmannaeyjar wynosi 105. Osoba ta nie przebywała w kwarantannie, ale możliwe jest połączenie z wcześniej wykrytym zakażeniem. 92 osoby wyzdrowiały i jedynie 13 jest chorych. 6 osób przebywa w kwarantannie i jeszcze nie było ich tak mało. Łącznie 700 osób z Vestmannaeyjar zostało poddanych kwarantannie w celu powstrzymania rozpowszechniania się wirusa co daje 16% wszystkich mieszkańców wyspy.
W szpitalu rozpoczęto badania na obecność przeciwciał wirusa, osoby, które zakończyły izolacje lub kwarantannę i nie dostały zawiadomienia z HSU proszone są o kontakt mailowy na eyjaklukk@hsu.is i poproszenie o badanie. Żeby uzyskać jak najlepszy pogląd na to jak wygląda sytuacja potrzeba dużej frekwencji.
Zakaz zgromadzeń w Vestmannaeyjar bazuje obecnie na tych samych zasadach jakie obowiązują w kraju. Dotyczy to zarówno zakazu zgromadzeń powyżej 20 osób, 2 metrowego dystansu od innych osób, czy zasad obowiązujących w szkołach. Za dwa tygodnie zakaz zostanie podniesiony do 50 osób, a szkoły zaczną funkcjonować w normalny sposób. Konieczne jest, aby odwoływać zakazy stopniowo i dokładne śledzenie nowych przypadków w celu zapobiegania większej ilości zakażeń jak było w miesiącu marcu.
Zachęcamy wszystkich do zainstalowania aplikacji monitorującej C-19. Aplikacje można w łatwy sposób pobrać na stronie https://www.covid.is/app/po (strona dostępna w j. polskim). Jest to bardzo pomocne w śledzeniu zakażeń, jeżeli dojdzie do zakażenia.
Wystrzegajmy się zakażenia i wspierajmy nawzajem jak robiliśmy to do tej pory.
